JACK PETCHEY AWARDS EVENING

The Jack Petchey Award Scheme is a reward and recognition initiative which enables schools and youth organisations to celebrate the achievements of their young people and receive additional funding. Congratulations to Rylie Atkins, Lily Barrett, Bleu Conti, Lilly Felstead, Elizabeth Griffiths, April Kettle, Luca Roberts, Lucia Roberts and Grace Southgate who were each presented with their award on the evening.  Students are nominated and selected by members of staff and each winner receives a grant of £300 to spend in school on a project or resource of their choice. Our Deputy Technology Lead, Miss Birrell, was also presented with the Outstanding Leader award and two of our Year 10 students, Zane Miller and Robert Badea, played musical pieces brilliantly for the audience.  Well done to all our winners and performers.
